Core Packages

Training cores explained.

Payment:

Core 1:  A three hour workshop - Seminar which is a set unit tailored to build the foundation for cores 2-3. It Includes up to four delegates. Please now choose the minimum of one unit in core 2 or 3 and add the price of that unit to your core 1 package.

Core 1 Units include:

• Mastering breath and power breathing techniques.

• Posture techniques.

• Voice production.

• Voice projection.

• Relaxation techniques.

• Holistic voice diet and maintenance.

£300.00 per 3 hour (Half day) workshop. This includes up to 3 delegates.

Additional delegates to Core 1 : Price per delegate over the minimum of 3 in Core 1.

(Maximum 10 delegates per session) 

£60.00 per delegate.

Core 2: Units in this core can only be selected with Core 1. There is no extra charge per delegate for Core 2 units.

• Public speaking.

• Elocution.

• Telephone techniques.

• Job interview techniques.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills.

• Impact presentation skills.

• Confidence building and motivation.

• Employing and understanding verbal and non-verbal gesture techniques.

£100.00 per hour per unit.

 This is where we tailor your package to suit and meet your requirements and business needs.

Core 3: Units in this core can only be selected with Core 1. There is no extra charge per delegate for Core 3 units.

• Positive thinking and the power of positive thought.

• Advanced relaxation techniques.

• Meditation in the work place or personal gain.

• Advanced meditation for the work place or personal gain.

• Creative visualisation.

• Chakra balancing.

• Reiki therapy in the workplace with our Reiki Master/Teacher.

• Recording studio post production facilities.
